Hiring Salon Manager – Premium Nail & Lashes StudioBlink N Polish | Gulshan One29 Mall, Sector 129, Noida
Blink N Polish is a premium, tech-enabled Nail & Lashes studio located in the luxury Gulshan One29 Mall. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager who can take complete ownership of studio operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Role & ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end management of the studio operations
- Drive sales, upselling, and revenue growth
- Manage, motivate, and train salon staff
- Ensure high service quality and luxury customer experience
- Oversee inventory, products, and hygiene standards
- Maintain smooth day-to-day salon functioning
- Build strong customer relationships and repeat business
- Working Hours11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- As a luxury mall location, peak footfall is post 6 PM
