The Opportunity

Working at the intersection of Data Science, Customer Analytics insights that drive business growth and customer outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Translate business questions into analysis, define data requirements, and develop roadmaps for open ended problems.

• Guide Decision Science, AI, and advanced analytics in solution development, validate methodologies, and drive scalable business decisions.

• Apply statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, A/B testing, experimentation, segmentation, forecasting, and behavioral analytics to produce dependable insights and business recommendations.

• Build AI agents and decision intelligence solutions using LLMs, enterprise data, and domain expertise to drive business outcomes.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, BI teams, Data Scientists, and engineering teams to deliver impactful analytics and AI experiences powered by advanced technology.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence, architecture discussions, and engineering guidelines.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in Applied AI, Data Science, Decision Science, Product Analytics, Business Analytics, Customer Analytics, Forecasting, or intelligent analytics platform development.

• Experience in exploratory data analysis, experimentation, A/B testing, hypothesis validation, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, customer segmentation, forecasting, behavioral analytics, and customer lifecycle analytics.

• Strong programming and analytical skills using Python, SQL, and modern data platforms for large scale data analysis.

• Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets, including voice transcripts, chat conversations, customer interactions, and other textbased data sources.

• Experience leveraging GenAI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar AI platforms to accelerate analysis and insight generation.

• Experience developing reusable AI skills, workflows, or analytics solutions that enhance decision-making.

• Strong datadriven approach with the ability to analyze complex datasets, derive insights, and translate them into actionable business improvements.

• Proven ability to identify customer problems and translate insights into practical, scalable solutions.

• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics including acquisition, conversion, retention, renewal, migration, churn/cancellation, and revenue optimization.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence business decisions through data.

• Demonstrated thought leadership in Decision Science, Analytics, and AI to drive scalable business impact.
