Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings across online marketplaces.
  • Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
  • Process and track orders, returns, and customer queries.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely dispatch.
  • Handle marketplace promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance.
  • Analyze sales reports and suggest strategies to improve performance.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and catalog management.

  • Basic understanding of marketplace ads and promotions.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
