The Senior Manager – Telesales role involves leading and scaling telesales operations across multiple centers, managing a large team of telecallers. The role requires driving performance through data-driven decisions, motivating teams, and ensuring sales excellence. Key responsibilities include team management, sales strategy execution, process optimization, and on-ground involvement. The ideal candidate should have experience in telesales, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Experience in Insurance or Fintech sectors is preferred.
