The Oracle practice delivers Oracle ERP suite of integrated banking risk and finance analytical applications to comply regulations of regulators and management. They provide end-to-end implementation services to clients. The group serves leading Indian and international banking clients who are looking to automate their regulatory and management reporting. Implementing Oracle-based solutions such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP),Human Capital Management(HCM ) , Enterprise Performance Management(EPM) or Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) is an investment and effort that begins with strategic planning and extends into implementation and beyond.  

Location : Mumbai/Gurgaon/Bangalore

Experience : 12+ years

Level : AD

 Design, build and configure Oracle Cloud application to meet business process

 and application requirements

 Good experience in any 2 to 3 HCM Modules (Payroll,OTL, Comp and Benefits, core HR etc)

 Building / configuring HCM Extracts to get data from the Oracle Cloud HCM objects

 forintegration to external applications

 Preparation of Project Deliverables requirements, design specifications,

 config guides; Follow documentation, software development methodology,version control

 Oracle HCM Cloud Extracts,Oracle BI Publisher Knowledge

 Oracle Application Development Knowledge, Oracle Cloud Implementation

 Experience Preferred

 Oracle HCM Cloud Extracts, Oracle BI Publisher

 Will also be a hand-on technical expert, will need to carry out tech-functional

 aspects independently as and when the project/team requires

 Successfully completed at least 1 certification (Oracle Cloud HCM)

 Ability to work as an effective team player

 Punctual and consistent in internal and external communication

 Implementation experience of 3-4 Modules, with experience on integrations, PAAS (Functional knowledge)

 Should have handled Teams/ Project on their own

 Not a Business User or Support Team User

 Some experience of working on RFPs, client presentations in proposals will be Add On.
