Job Summary - We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing suitable product/service solutions, generating leads, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Generate new leads through calls, referrals, online platforms, and other sources.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents when required.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
