Senior Sales Executive

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive real estate sales, generate new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with prospective customers. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and sales opportunities through various channels.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads and understand customer requirements.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project briefings for prospective buyers.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into successful bookings.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, specifications, and offers to customers.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings in CRM.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams for smooth transaction processing.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Ensure a positive customer experience from lead generation to booking.
• Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management.

• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related sales role.
• Candidates with experience in Residential/Commercial Real Estate Sales will be preferred.
