Job Description:

Location: Noida, Sector - 135

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Rotational Shifts 

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for travel bookings

Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups and convincing communication

Promote and sell domestic & international flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, and travel insurance

Understand customer travel requirements and suggest the best travel options as per budget and preference

Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals

Maintain customer database, lead status, and sales reports

Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and convincing ability

Customer handling and relationship management skills

Good knowledge of travel booking portals and ticketing systems

GDS knowledge is required (Amadeus preferred)

Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Basic proficiency in MS Excel and email communication

Languages Required: Hindi & English (Punjabi will be an added advantage)

Qualifications

Freshers can also apply

Graduate in any discipline

1–4 years of experience in flight ticketing, travel sales, or travel consultancy preferred

Prior experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage
