JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive for field sales in Noida and Delhi. You will generate leads, meet customers, conduct site visits and close solar deals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•     Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking and digital platforms.

•     Visit residential, commercial and industrial customers.

•     Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solar solutions.

•     Conduct client meetings and site visits.

•     Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on them.

•     Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

•     Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

•     Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.

•     Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.

REQUIREMENTS

•     1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development.

•     Solar/renewable energy experience is an advantage.

•     Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

•     Target-oriented approach and willingness to do daily field work.

•     Basic knowledge of MS Office.

•     Own two-wheeler/bike is mandatory.

•     Valid driving licence is mandatory.
