Job Description

Hiring: Team Leader – Personal Loan Sales

Company: Cashfast Finserv

Location: D 25 first Floor Sector 3 Noida

Experience: 2–5 Years in Personal Loan / Banking / NBFC Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Personal Loan Sales Executives.
  • Drive daily/monthly sales targets and achieve business goals.
  • Generate leads and ensure quality customer conversions.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching and motivate the team.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and sales discipline.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, sales & negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in Personal Loan / Banking / NBFC sales.
  • Target-oriented mindset with good team-handling skills.
