Telesales Executive – Laptop Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls, generate leads, and close sales for our laptop products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
  • Explain laptop specifications, offers, and benefits to customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right laptop models.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain an updated database of customer information and sales activities.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer objections and provide satisfactory resolutions.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to maximize conversions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales or telecalling experience (preferably in electronics or IT products).
  • Strong verbal communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
  • Basic knowledge of laptops and computer hardware.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
