Telesales Executive – Laptop Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls, generate leads, and close sales for our laptop products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Explain laptop specifications, offers, and benefits to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right laptop models.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an updated database of customer information and sales activities.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer objections and provide satisfactory resolutions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to maximize conversions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of telesales or telecalling experience (preferably in electronics or IT products).
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
