Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Sales Engineer who will be responsible for business development, understanding client technical requirements, preparing proposals, and closing sales for our Aerospace & Defence solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in Aerospace & Defence sector

2. Generate leads and build relationships with Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, DRDO, ISRO, HAL, BEL, DPSUs, and Private OEMs

3. Understand customer RFQ / Tender / Technical requirements

4. Handle tenders through GeM Portal, Defence e-Procurement, and other portals

5. Prepare technical presentations, techno-commercial proposals, and quotations

6. Conduct product presentations and technical meetings with customers

7. Negotiate on pricing and commercial terms to close orders

8. Coordinate with Design, Engineering, and Production teams for successful execution

9. Provide complete pre-sales and post-sales support to clients

10. Participate in exhibitions like Aero India, DefExpo, and industry events

11. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

1. B.E./B.Tech in Aerospace / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics. MBA will be an added advantage

2. Experience in B2B Technical Sales, Defence Sales, or Industrial Sales preferred

3. Good technical knowledge of Aerospace Components, Defence Equipment, UAV Systems, Avionics, or Engineering Products

4. Knowledge of Defence Procurement Process and GeM Tenders is preferred

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

6. Ability to read technical drawings and understand customer specifications

7. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel across India

8. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
