• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads for real estate projects.
• Explain project details, property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities to potential buyers.
• Understand customer requirements, budgets, and property preferences.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call details, and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.
• Handle customer queries professionally and build strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation goals.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good Hindi communication; basic English is an advantage.
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, computers, and CRM tools.
• Ability to understand customer needs and identify genuine buyers.
• Target-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Prior experience in real estate telecalling, property sales, or lead generation is an added advantage.
