Job Title: Customer Support & Course Sales Executive – EdTech

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Explain course details, fees, benefits, features, and enrollment process.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into course enrollments.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
Resolve customer concerns and provide a smooth enrollment experience.
Update lead/customer information in CRM or internal systems.
Achieve daily and monthly sales and customer support targets.
Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with students.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Confident and convincing communication style.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Freshers can apply; sales/customer support experience will be an advantage.
