Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Call prospective students and parents regarding ITI admissions.
  • Explain available trades, eligibility criteria, fees, scholarships, and placement opportunities.
  • Follow up on admission enquiries received through phone, website, social media, and walk-ins.
  • Maintain admission records and update student data in the system.
  • Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
  • Assist students in completing admission formalities and documentation.
  • Meet daily calling and admission conversion targets.
  • Handle incoming admission-related calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate with the admission team and management for smooth admission operations.
  • Generate daily reports of calls, enquiries, and admissions.
