Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students and parents regarding ITI admissions.
- Explain available trades, eligibility criteria, fees, scholarships, and placement opportunities.
- Follow up on admission enquiries received through phone, website, social media, and walk-ins.
- Maintain admission records and update student data in the system.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Assist students in completing admission formalities and documentation.
- Meet daily calling and admission conversion targets.
- Handle incoming admission-related calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with the admission team and management for smooth admission operations.
- Generate daily reports of calls, enquiries, and admissions.
