About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, and generating sales opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain insurance products, plans, benefits, and features to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Generate leads and convert leads into sales.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for policy processing.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, insurance, banking, or financial services will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
