Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our products or services, generate leads, and convert prospects into sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, features, and benefits to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up schedules.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports on daily calls, leads, and sales performance.
