Position: Telecaller
Location: Noida, Sector 63, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with leads, existing customers, and prospective clients.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the concerned team.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant information.
- Handle customer objections and maintain professional relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer queries and follow-ups.
- Meet assigned calling, follow-up, and lead-generation targets.
Requirement
- 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Customer Calling Executive.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Ability to handle customer queries and maintain accurate call records.
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Salary₹15000- 20000
Experienced candidates preferred. Immediate joiners are welcome.
