Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our interior designing company. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, following up with clients, and scheduling meetings for interior design projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Explain the company's interior design services, including residential and commercial interiors.
• Generate leads for office interiors, home interiors, modular furniture, and turnkey projects.
• Follow up with interested clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales and design team.
• Maintain customer databases and update lead details regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professional communication and good relationships with clients.
• RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive communication style.
• Ability to handle customer objections and follow up consistently.
• Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills.
