About the RoleProperty Expert Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, generating leads, and arranging site visits with the sales team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases.
• Explain property projects, locations, pricing, offers, and available options to customers.
• Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred location, property type, and investment needs.
• Generate and qualify property leads through telephone calls.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers.
• Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and site visits.
• Update customer information in the company's CRM or lead-management system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers.
• Handle customer questions professionally and provide relevant information.
• Coordinate with sales executives to ensure proper follow-up on qualified leads.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Skills & QualificationsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Prior experience in real estate, telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be an advantage.
