• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls and respond to queries.
• Provide information about products/services, pricing, offers, and processes.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude with customers.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the concerned team when required.
• Record customer details and call information accurately in CRM/software.
• Follow up with customers when necessary.
• Meet assigned customer service, conversion, or sales targets.
• Maintain proper call records and daily reports.
• RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/software.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
