We are looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telecallers who can communicate effectively with students and parents, understand their requirements, and provide them with accurate information about our courses, counselling services, and admission opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads.
• Understand the student's educational background, requirements, and career goals.
• Explain NEETSupport's courses, counselling services, admission process, and benefits clearly.
• Handle queries professionally and build a positive relationship with prospective students and parents.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain proper communication.
• Convert qualified leads into counselling sessions/admissions.
• Maintain daily call records and update lead status accurately.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the counselling/sales team for smooth lead conversion.
• Ensure a professional and positive experience for every caller.
• What We're Looking ForExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and friendly personality.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Ability to explain information clearly and convincingly.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/MS Office is an advantage.
• Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
• Freshers are welcome! Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, counselling, or sales will be an added advantage.
