Job Description

Job Summary:

A Telecaller is responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, handling queries, and following up with interested leads to achieve the assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads.
  • Understand the student requirements and interests.
  • Provide accurate information about available courses.
  • Handle queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
  • Follow up regularly with interested leads.
  • Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.
  • Convert interested leads into admissions where applicable.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the counselling/sales team when required.
  • Maintain professional communication with every lead.
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills.
  • Basic Hindi and English speaking ability.
  • Confident and polite personality.
  • Good listening and convincing skills.
  • Ability to handle objections.
  • Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups.
