Job Description

Job Description – Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
  • Explain real estate projects, offers, pricing, and other details to customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project options.
  • Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain lead details and regular follow-ups in CRM.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and sales.
  • Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
  • Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate will be preferred.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
