India IVF Fertility is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Telesales to lead and manage our telecalling team. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare telesales, patient counseling, IVF/fertility services, or call center team management.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers/telesales executives.

✅ Monitor daily calling activities and ensure achievement of lead generation and conversion targets.

✅ Train team members on patient counseling, communication skills, and sales techniques.

✅ Handle escalated patient queries and provide support for complex cases.

✅ Track team performance through KPIs, call audits, and conversion reports.

✅ Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and operations teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding.

✅ Maintain CRM data accuracy and generate performance reports.

✅ Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and patient engagement.

Requirements:

✔ 2–5 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or healthcare sales.

✔ Prior experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Telecaller preferred.

✔ IVF/Fertility healthcare experience will be an added advantage.

✔ Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

✔ Knowledge of CRM software and reporting tools.

✔ Graduate in any discipline.
