Job Description

  • 1. Lead Generation & Qualification
  • Target Achievement: Connect with a minimum number of prospects daily to meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Data Verification: Authenticate and update customer contact details, preferences, and feedback in the database/CRM.
  • Prospect Filtering: Screen and qualify potential leads based on interest, budget, and requirement.
  • 2. Sales Conversion & Pitching
  • Product Pitching: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing using the approved company script.
  • Objection Handling: Professionally address customer doubts, rejections, and complaints to convert leads.
  • Pipeline Management: Schedule follow-up calls or book appointments/demos for the field sales team.
  • 3. CRM & Compliance
  • Accurate Logging: Ensure precise entry of call dispositions (e.g., Interested, Call Back, Not Connected) after every call.
  • Quality Adherence: Maintain high standards of telephone etiquette, tone, and brand compliance during recorded calls.
