Job Description

Job Summary

The Telesales Executive will generate new business opportunities, communicate with prospective B2B clients and support achievement of monthly sales targets. The role involves understanding requirements, explaining SMSGRAPH’s CPaaS solutions and converting qualified leads into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential B2B customers through outbound calls, WhatsApp and email.
  • Explain services including Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS Business Messaging, Voice Call and IVR.
  • Understand business requirements and recommend suitable communication solutions.
  • Follow up on leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, website enquiries, campaigns and referrals.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule product demonstrations or meetings.
  • Share service details, pricing plans, proposals and quotations as authorised.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and lead status in the CRM.
  • Handle objections, negotiate within approved limits and support deal closure.
  • Coordinate with technical, billing and onboarding teams after payment.
  • Build professional client relationships for repeat business, renewals and referrals.
  • Achieve daily calling, follow-up, conversion and monthly revenue targets.
  • Provide regular sales and lead-conversion reports to the Team Leader or Manager.

  • Bulk SMS and transactional or promotional messaging solutions.
  • WhatsApp Business API and automated customer communication solutions.
  • RCS Business Messaging, Bulk Voice Call and IVR services.
  • API integration, reseller plans and related digital marketing services.
