We are looking for energetic, target-oriented and career-focused Sales Executives to join our growing team in Noida.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage leads for personal loans and other financial products.
• Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
• Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, documentation and processing requirements.
• Follow up with customers throughout the application and approval process.
• Coordinate with banking/NBFC partners for smooth processing of customer cases.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• Freshers can apply; experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, insurance or financial services will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Candidates with telesales or field-sales experience are preferred.
