About Ank RealtyAnk Realty is a real estate consultancy specializing in residential, commercial, and investment properties across Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway, and Delhi NCR. We help clients find the right property opportunities through professional consultation and personalized services.
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and investors through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements, including budget, location, and property preferences.
- Share property details, project information, and investment opportunities with clients.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain customer information, call records, and follow-up status in Excel or CRM.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and WhatsApp.
- Prior experience in telecalling, real estate, or lead generation is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.
