Telesales Executive

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.

2. Explain residential rooftop solar systems and the benefits of the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.

3. Inform customers about government subsidies, solar financing, EMI options and installation processes.

4. Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.

5. Schedule appointments for the sales team and arrange customer meetings.

6. Maintain daily call records, customer databases and follow-up reports.

7. Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

8. Achieve monthly calling, lead generation and sales targets.

9. Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Fluency in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp).

* Positive attitude and ability to handle customer objections.

* Sales-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach.

* Previous experience in telecalling or telesales will be an advantage. Freshers can also apply.
