Telesales Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and target-driven Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls, generating qualified prospects, understanding customer requirements, and creating opportunities for the sales team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake 200–250+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
• Generate and identify new prospects and qualified leads through telecalling.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and property needs.
• Explain relevant real estate projects, offers, and investment opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects and update lead status.
• Generate site visit opportunities and qualified leads for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate daily calling and lead-generation reports.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and prospect-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-up.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach while interacting with customers.

• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer objections and maintain follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel for lead management is preferred.
