JOB DESCRIPTION – Tele sales Company: Blooming Marketing Management

Job Location: F1 Block, Third Floor, Office No. 301, Near Noida Sector 16 Metro Station, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

• Job ResponsibilitiesConnect with potential clients through outbound calls and explain the company's stock market-related products and services.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain professional client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and assist them throughout the registration and onboarding process.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Coordinate with the team and management to achieve business goals.
• Working Hours Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: Weekly off
• Dress Code Monday to Thursday: Formal dress code is mandatory.
• Friday and Saturday: Casual dress code permitted, maintaining a decent and professional appearance.

Break PolicyEmployees are entitled to three scheduled breaks during working hours, as per company policy and management instructions.
