Telesales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Sales Executive / Telecalling Team Leader** to manage customer enquiries, handle sales calls, communicate with customers through WhatsApp, and manage the sales team using CRM software.

### Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls.

- Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.

- Manage and coordinate the telecalling and sales team.

- Maintain customer records, leads, and follow-ups in CRM software.

- Monitor team performance and achieve sales targets.

- Ensure timely responses and excellent customer service.

- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM regularly.

### Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or sales coordination.

- Working knowledge of CRM software and lead management.

- Ability to manage a team and monitor performance.

- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and WhatsApp Business.

- Target-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused.

### Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years in sales, telecalling, or team handling.

- Experience in B2B sales or wholesale business will be an advantage.
