### Job Summary


We are looking for a dedicated Travel Customer Support & Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing travel-related information, promoting travel packages, generating sales opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service for domestic and international travel customers.


### Key Responsibilities

#### Inbound Customer Support


* Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally.

* Provide information about domestic and international travel packages.

* Assist customers in selecting suitable travel destinations and packages.

* Explain package inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and travel policies.

* Address customer concerns and resolve service-related queries.

* Assist customers with booking-related support.

* Provide pre-travel and post-booking assistance.

* Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.


#### Outbound Sales & Customer Engagement


* Contact prospective customers to promote travel packages and offers.

* Follow up on customer inquiries and leads generated through various channels.

* Explain package benefits and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

* Promote seasonal offers, special discounts, and travel campaigns.

* Re-engage previous customers and generate repeat business.

* Conduct follow-up calls to maximize conversions.


#### Corporate & Group Travel Support


* Contact corporate clients regarding travel requirements.

* Promote group travel and corporate travel solutions.

* Assist in generating leads for business travel opportunities.

* Coordinate with organizations for group travel bookings and events.


#### Travel Partner & Vendor Development


* Reach out to travel agents and tour operators.

* Support onboarding of travel partners and business associates.

* Build relationships with vendors and channel partners.

* Assist in expanding the travel partner network.


#### CRM & Reporting


* Update customer information and interactions in CRM systems.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.

* Submit daily and weekly performance reports.

* Track follow-ups and customer communication history.


### Required Skills


* Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

* Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

* Sales and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work with CRM and basic computer applications.

* Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

* Professional and customer-focused attitude.

* Ability to work under targets and deadlines.


### Preferred Experience


* Experience in Travel & Tourism Industry preferred.

* Experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Sales, or BPO processes.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
