Vendor Support Executive

Responsibilities :

• Act as a primary coordination point between customers, vendors, and relevant internal teams.
• Understand customer feedback, vendor concerns, service issues, and expectations from both sides.
• Conduct phone-based vendor coordination and maintain timely communication regarding service quality, customer concerns, discuss feedback, share updates, and follow up on pending actions.
• Facilitate structured discussions between customers and vendors to clarify facts and resolve concerns professionally.
• Review vendor performance, service quality, customer experience, and brand presentation to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain professional relationships with vendors while ensuring customer concerns are handled fairly and promptly.
• Prepare reports, feedback summaries, issue trackers, and regular updates on vendor interactions and resolutions.

Requirements :

• 0–1 year of experience in operations, vendor support, customer coordination, relationship management, or a related area.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently and professionally with vendors and customers over calls.
• Good listening, questioning, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, email, documentation, call updates, and basic reporting tools.
• A proactive, patient, solution-oriented approach and willingness to learn are essential.
