Job Description
- Experience: 1–2 years in outbound calling/sales, preferably in life insurance.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of hitting targets and earning performance-based incentives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills in English and Hindi; regional language fluency is a plus.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRMs, basic computer operations, and call logging tools.
- Behavioral Traits: High energy, resilience, strong persuasion skills, and ability to thrive under pressure.
Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) with a strong background in outbound insurance sales. This role is ideal for driven professionals with 1–2 years of telesales experience in high-pressure environments and a proven record of achieving incentives and closing insurance sales. You'll be responsible for generating business through outbound calling, lead conversion, and relationship management.
