Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files with accuracy.
- Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HRMS updates.
- Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain recruitment trackers, and support HR audits and administrative activities.
