Relationship Manager - MF Collections
- Portfolio Monitoring & Delinquency Control: Track customer accounts, minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), and achieve monthly recovery targets.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct field visits and calls to negotiate viable repayment plans with clients.
- Compliance & Coordination: Adhere to regulatory guidelines and coordinate with internal teams to resolve critical risk cases.
