Job Description
- Contact customers through calls and field visits to ensure timely payments.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate collection records and update daily collection activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for resolving customer/account-related issues.
- Follow company Manage and follow up on assigned customer accounts for timely collections.
- Policies, collection processes, and compliance requirements.
- Develop strong customer relationships while maintaining professional communication
