Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional, well-groomed, smart, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent service to our guests. The candidate will be responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience.

• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest enquiries.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Operations teams regarding room status and guest requirements.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details.
• Process payments and prepare bills/invoices.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Maintain proper communication with other departments for smooth hotel operations.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
• Prepare daily reports and update management when required.
