Field Sales Executive

Achieve the sales targets for the given district by acquiring and retaining channel partners.

Candidate must come with at least 1 year of experience in Sales. Preferable from fintech, BFSI, NBFC sector.

●    Acquire new distributors and retailers in the district to perform all services available on the Spice Money platform primarily Cash Deposit, Cash Withdrawal, Recharge, BBPS, Travel, CMS, Insurance etc.

●    Engage with all retailers and distributors from time to time to ensure they are productive and happy with the services .

●    Supporting and eliminating the challenges faced by the channel partners in doing business.

●    To be the voice of customer of the company & relate to any new products/services or channel partner’s needs and expectations to help the company grow and penetrate in that district.

●    To ensure 100% compliance to all policies and processes laid down by the Organization

●    Responsible for planning & scheduling market visits for lead generation and retention.

●    Gathering consistent feedback from market for existing offerings and insights on competitor moves as feedback for product enhancements.

●    Ensure the implementation of the sales SOPs and market norms for company products.

●    Creating and submitting the MIS to Cluster head.
