Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s B2B sales strategy.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and business growth across B2B channels.
- Identify and develop new corporate/business partnerships.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the B2B sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
