Job Description
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Maintain and scrutinize ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and accounting records.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and accounting statements for management.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage branch expenses, petty cash, payments, and expense documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding invoices, payments, outstanding balances, and account queries.
- Maintain statutory records and documents and ensure timely compliance with applicable regulations.
- Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing required documents and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure accurate accounting, proper documentation, and timely reporting.
