Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations for a women’s and men’s ethnic wear store. The candidate should be capable of managing staff, handling customers, and ensuring smooth store functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations
• Supervise and coordinate store staff
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Coordinate delivery and order management
• Ensure achievement of sales targets
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail (preferably apparel sales)
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good customer handling ability
