Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and bake cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and desserts
- Follow standardized recipes and portion controls
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation
- Handle cake finishing: frosting, glazing, piping, decorations
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards (FSSAI norms)
- Manage baking schedules and daily production planning
- Monitor ingredient quality and report low stock
