Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and bake cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and desserts
  • Follow standardized recipes and portion controls
  • Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation
  • Handle cake finishing: frosting, glazing, piping, decorations
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards (FSSAI norms)
  • Manage baking schedules and daily production planning
  • Monitor ingredient quality and report low stock
  • Reduce wastage and control costs
  • Assist in developing new products and seasonal specials
  • Coordinate with counter staff for orders and customization
