Billing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate sales invoices & proforma invoices in Marg as per orders and company policies.
• Coordinate with dispatch / warehouse to ensure timely packing, dispatch and documentation.
• Create and manage e-way bills, transport details and related statutory documentation.
• Maintain accurate billing records, party ledgers, credit/debit notes and share bills with clients.
• Follow up with sales team and logistics partners on dispatch status and basic issues (shortage, wrong bill, etc.).
