Job Description – Computer Operator

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain computer systems and related equipment.
• Perform data entry, updating, and verification of records.
• Prepare, format, print, scan, and organize documents.
• Maintain digital and physical records and files.
• Handle MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Enter and maintain data in company software or databases.
• Generate reports and maintain daily/weekly operational records.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of computer, printer, and network-related issues.
• Coordinate with different departments for data and documentation requirements.
• Follow company policies and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform other computer and administrative duties as assigned.
• Required Skills & Qualifications12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience as a Computer Operator/Data Entry Operator is an advantage.
