The candidate will be responsible for content creation, copywriting, proofreading, social media management, post boosting, and monitoring digital campaigns across all platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & FinalizationCreate engaging content for social media, website, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts, captions, ad copies, and promotional content.
• Finalize content in line with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of content as per content calendar.
• Copywriting & ProofreadingWrite compelling and error-free content for digital and offline communication.
• Proofread and edit content to maintain quality, consistency, and brand tone.
• Ensure all content is grammatically accurate and professionally presented.
• Influencer CoordinationIdentify and coordinate with influencers for marketing campaigns.
• Manage influencer communications, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
• Track influencer performance and engagement metrics.
• Social Media ManagementSchedule and publish posts across social media platforms.
• Monitor post performance and audience engagement.
• Manage daily digital activities according to the approved marketing plan.
• Digital Marketing & Campaign MonitoringExecute digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for campaign execution.
• Post Boosting & Performance MarketingBoost social media posts and advertisements to maximize reach and engagement.
• Track ROAS, CTR, impressions, reach, and conversion metrics.
• Suggest improvements based on campaign analytics.
• Database & ReportingMaintain campaign databases and content records.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
