Digital Marketing Executive

Ronish Bioceuticals, an ISO and WHO-GMP-certified pharmaceutical company, is looking for a skilled and result-driven Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to grow our newly launched D2C brands.

We are seeking someone who understands how to turn advertising budgets into measurable business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with a solid understanding of D2C customer acquisition, performance analytics and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube and Remarketing campaigns

• Run Facebook and Instagram campaigns focused on sales, leads and conversions

• Develop effective media plans, audience strategies and campaign funnels for D2C brands

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience segmentation

• Track and improve ROAS, ROI, CTR, conversion rate and customer acquisition cost

• Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking

• Test ad creatives, copy, audiences, offers and landing pages to improve performance

• Build retargeting, abandoned-cart and customer retention campaigns

• Coordinate with design and content teams to develop high-converting advertisements

• Prepare regular campaign reports with clear insights and growth recommendations

• Support WhatsApp marketing, lead nurturing and automation workflows

• Use AI tools for advertising creatives, promotional videos and faster content production

Required Skills:

• Strong practical experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Proven experience in generating online sales or qualified leads

• Good understanding of D2C marketing, e-commerce funnels and consumer behaviour

• Ability to independently plan, execute, analyze and scale campaigns

• Strong command of campaign analytics and conversion tracking

• Creative, analytical and result-oriented mindset

• Familiarity with AI-based content and promotional video tools

• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business/API automation will be an advantage

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with previous digital marketing experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, nutraceutical, wellness, skincare or FMCG brands will be given preference.
