Job Description

Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and other business documents.

Coordinate with internal teams

Maintain effective filing and documentation systems.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Organize business travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.

Handle emails, correspondence, and routine communication on behalf of the executive when required.
